FAQ

  • How do I get started?

Submit an inquiry through the contact page or book directly through the service page you’re interested in. You’ll receive an email with next steps, including a short questionnaire, photo guidelines (if applicable), and scheduling details.

  • Do I need to have everything figured out before reaching out?

No. You don’t need a finished vision or a perfectly articulated plan. Georgia Rose services are designed to meet you where you are – whether you’re seeking clarity, direction, or support creating a more livable home.

  • Do I need to clean or prepare my space before sending photos?

No. Real, lived-in photos are more helpful than “photo-ready” spaces. Seeing how your room functions day to day allows for more thoughtful, realistic guidance.

  • Are your services in-home or virtual?

All Georgia Rose services are currently offered virtually. This allows you to move at your own pace, in your own space, without pressure or disruption.

  • Can I book more than one room or service?

Yes. Services are booked per room or per offering. If you’d like support with multiple rooms or want to combine services (for example, a Mood Board followed by a Room Refresh), you’re welcome to inquire and we’ll determine the best approach together.

  • Will you tell me exactly what furniture or decor to buy?

    That depends on the service.

Room Refresh focuses on layout, flow, and using what you already have more effectively.

Mood Boards provide visual direction, color palettes, and design clarity.

Sourcing is available as an optional add-on if you’d like help identifying specific pieces.

  • How long does it take to receive my deliverables?

Most services are delivered within 5-7 business days after your questionnaire, photos, or design consult (if applicable) are complete. Timelines are outlined clearly in your follow-up email.

  • What kind of follow-up support is included?

Follow-up support varies by service and is designed to help you implement with confidence – whether that’s a check-in window, messaging support, or a scheduled call. Each service page outlines what’s included so you know exactly what to expect.

  • What if my room is small, awkward, or hard to work with?

That’s not a problem – it’s part of the process. Georgia Rose services are focused on livability, flow, and function, not idealized or magazine-perfect spaces.

  • Is Georgia Rose Reclaimed Living the same as organizing?

No. Reclaimed Living is not traditional organizing or home editing. It’s a guided, supportive approach focused on decision-making, habit-building, and restoring ease – without pressure, shame, or rigid systems.

  • Is Georgia Rose the right fit if I just want design help?

Yes. Some clients come for emotional relief and support; others come for clarity, design direction, or functional improvements. Georgia Rose is built to support both – without assuming why you’re here.
