How It Works.

    Phase 1: Consultation

    Once we received your inquiry we will contact you to set up a time for a walk-thru. During the walk-thru we will gather information, take notes, measurements, and photos. Afterwards we will sit down with the client(s) to discuss what our walk-thru determined, your budget, and answer any questions you may have.

    Price: The cost of the consultation is $250 for up to two hours. If more time is required for a larger property the cost will be $75 for each additional hour.

    Phase 2: Presentation

    Within 48 hours of your consultation we will present you with a detailed proposal that will included an itemized list of prices for the agreed upon staging package. After you have signed the agreement will work with you to schedule a date for installation.

    Phase 3: Installation

    Finally, it’s staging day! We will arrive on time and ready to transform your vacant home into a dream home. The install will remain in place for up to three months. Should you need an extension we offer monthly renewals.
